Sales experts at SUSE work with partners to drive revenue growth through indirect sales of our products and solutions. As an Enterprise Channel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing, maintaining and developing existing partners in Rest of Latin America (RLA). Your focus area will be on SUSE Linux Enterprise and Rancher Solutions, delivering larger projects with partners and our Product Sales Specialist team.
You will be expected to set up the right sales activities and programs, events and marketing tasks, working close with local distribution. You will also effectively generate and manage leads with assigned partners, identifying new business opportunities with the partner for SUSE. Additionally, you will support our Sales Team on partner-related sales activities to maximize revenue and market impact.
Key performance indicators include attainment of quota for sales of SUSE Linux Enterprise and Rancher solution products, trusted business relationships with partners, and significant progress in generating new business within channel partners.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- a University degree in a business-related discipline;
- 5+ years of professional channel sales experience, preferably in IT/Data Center sales;
- strong skills & experience in managing & developing existing Partners including experience how to work with partner sales force;
- IT Industry Background (Understanding of Operations and internal processes);
- strong interpersonal skills & ability to represent SUSE on CxO level;
- highly motivated, dedicated and enthusiastic;
- used to work in Matrix Organizations and to find ways through the matrix that provide help needed;
- excellent communication skills (incl. English, spoken and written);
- used to work in Teams, ability to learn quickly.
The estimated salary range for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience and location. Benefits include competitive compensation, health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
