Dynamic Audio Sales Channel Lead

At Shure, we are looking for an experienced Sales Associate Manager to drive sales growth and lead our channel strategy in Brazil. With a strong background in channel management, you will be responsible for managing our key partners, monitoring their performance, and implementing effective strategies to boost sales.
As a successful candidate, you will have:
- At least 6 years of experience in channel management or a related field
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- A proven track record of success in driving sales growth and leading cross-functional teams
In this role, you will work closely with our marketing team to develop channel-driven promotional activities and campaigns that align with our corporate brand development goals. You will also be responsible for identifying and evaluating potential new channel partners and developing strategies to grow our business.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field, and will be fluent in English and Portuguese. We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
