Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in Brazil. As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for driving demand generation, training medical and nursing teams at our key hospital and healthcare provider accounts. Your role will play a pivotal part in driving sales growth, market share expansion, and fostering strong internal collaboration to ensure unparalleled customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve revenue and market share objectives for assigned key accounts.
  2. Conduct comprehensive customer needs assessments to identify opportunities for product placement and solutions.
  3. BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS with key decision-makers at assigned accounts, including physicians, administrators, and procurement personnel.
  4. Collaborate with internal functional areas (e.g., Sales Operations, Marketing, Clinical) to ensure seamless customer support and a unified approach.
  5. Manage and forecast sales activity within assigned accounts.
  6. Maintain COMPETITIVE ADVANTAGE by monitoring competitor activity and developing strategies to stay ahead.

Requirements

  1. Minimum 5 years of experience in sales roles within the medical device industry.
  2. Excellent COMMUNICATION AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  3. Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across functional teams.
  4. Business Acumen, results-oriented, professional capable of managing complexities of multiple business units within an account.
  5. Strong organizational and time management skills.
  6. Growth Mindset, willingness to challenge status quo, problem-solve, and overcome obstacles to drive deals forward.
  7. Sense of Urgency, ability to quickly identify and address customer needs and complaints by contacting support and business units promptly.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Travel Requirements

  1. Up to 40%
