Sales Representative for Retirement Services

We are seeking a skilled Sales Representative to drive business growth and expand our retirement services portfolio.

This role offers unlimited upside earnings potential and continuous learning opportunities. As a trusted advisor, you will work closely with various teams to close sales, win new business, and reach sales goals.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Growing our business while expanding your own by closing sales and meeting targets
  • Developing strategic sales plans to turn prospects into loyal clients and generate repeat business
  • Fostering relationships across the ADP network to cultivate additional business within existing accounts
  • Collaborating daily as a trusted advisor, partner, and ADP ambassador to clients, internal partners, and stakeholders

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record of outside business-to-business sales experience, including prospecting and territory management
  • A self-motivated style with the ability to cold call, manage time effectively, and present ideas clearly
  • The ability to work independently and collaboratively with other ADP Sales Associates
  • Strong relationship-building skills to establish trust, live integrity, and deliver on promises

We offer a competitive base salary of $85,000, plus bonus, equity, or commissions based on performance. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance, matched retirement savings, wellness programs, and more.
