Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Sales Business Partner to join our Scent Fragrance Ingredients - LATAM team in São Paulo, Brazil. This role will provide full support to the Commercial Manager with orders handling process of Global and Regional accounts based in Mexico, Colombia, Argentina, and Brazil.

The Senior Sales Business Partner will be an integral component of the IFF Scent Fragrance Ingredients Global Team. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing comprehensive administrative support to the Commercial Manager.
  • Handling customer communication/interface in all formats.
  • Supporting the execution of short-mid-long terms initiatives (both internal and external customer-based).

This role contributes to the development and subsequent commercial execution of the regional strategic account plan.

Key Responsibilities
  • Be the first point of contact for Customers related to commercial administration matters, order handling, projects, sampling, and existing business queries.
  • Work closely with other IFF functions such as Commercial, Planning, and the relevant IFF production facilities to manage and see through to completion of any actions relevant to Customer projects/requests.
  • Coordinate communication between the Customers and IFF departments and ensure timely reply to queries and updates on actions.
  • Accurately use and maintain IFF and SAP systems according to IFF rules, ensuring data integrity.
  • Manage sample requests, price quotes, and track progress.
  • Ensure that Customer sampling and pricing requests are managed within the agreed timeframe.
  • Support the Commercial Manager by running SAP reports related to sales and order intake, plus any subsequent commercial review.
Requirements
  • Proactive, agile, independent individual.
  • Advanced English language skills.
  • Intermediate Spanish and an additional language are an advantage.
  • 2-3 year Bachelor's degree in engineering, chemistry, or related studies.
  • SAP experience in a customer service and logistics environment is an advantage.
  • Office knowledge and technical expertise in operations, finance, planning, and products are pluses.
  • Experience in the chemical industry is welcome.
