About the Role

Axon is seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Development Manager to join our team in Brazil. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling Axon products and services to large and complex Law Enforcement and Public Safety agencies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sell Axon products and services to large and complex Law Enforcement and Public Safety agencies in Brazil.
  • Develop and maintain senior-level relationships with customers and partners.
  • Navigate across customer agencies/units to identify business opportunities.
  • Lead the Axon team to success by articulating complex solutions and driving revenue growth.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or sales in the Public Safety industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
