Senior Business Development Manager for Public Safety in Brazil

Axon is seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Development Manager to join our team in Brazil. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling Axon products and services to large and complex Law Enforcement and Public Safety agencies.
Key Responsibilities- Sell Axon products and services to large and complex Law Enforcement and Public Safety agencies in Brazil.
- Develop and maintain senior-level relationships with customers and partners.
- Navigate across customer agencies/units to identify business opportunities.
- Lead the Axon team to success by articulating complex solutions and driving revenue growth.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or sales in the Public Safety industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Estimated Salary: R$ 120,000 - R$ 180,000 per year, depending on experience.
