About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations Business Strategist to join our team at HERE Technologies.

As a Sales Operations Business Strategist, you will be responsible for providing essential support to our accounts and related system vendors, external communications, and general account coordination. You will coordinate customer meetings and further liaise with our Sales and Marketing teams to support the profitable growth of related Accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provides operational and strategic support to sales teams.
  • Performs business analytics and modeling to monitor and interpret sales-related data to optimize sales effectiveness and revenue generation.
  • Partners with Finance to monitor sales performance against plan, including forecast, pipeline, and top deals tracking, and drives corrective strategies as needed.
  • Leverages and interprets company and market intelligence to support sales strategies.
  • Manages overall operational efficiencies that will help the team improve customer satisfaction, reduce agreement processing time, enhance inter-departmental coordination, and provide the sales team with the necessary support and resources to perform effectively.
  • Defines and reports on efficiency improvements initiated and progress towards goals.
  • Builds close internal and external customer relationships within the line of business to quickly identify and resolve account issues.
  • Assists Account Executives in providing additional and improved quality detail in all information pulled for executive reporting.
  • Manages the license agreement process in accordance with Legal department processes and requirements.
Requirements:
  • University degree in Business, Marketing, or similar field.
  • Two to four years of experience in a relevant software sales, marketing, or similar professional role.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including making presentations.
  • Language fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects; excellent organization and planning skills.
  • Demonstrated capacity to establish internal relationships among different departments as well as create influential relationships within a customer enterprise.
  • Actively contributes on cross-functional teams and is recognized as a specialist on all facets of customer-related sales issues/risks.
