About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our LATAM partner sales team in Sao Paulo, Brazil. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and expanding our channel and partner ecosystem in Brazil, with a focus on driving revenue growth through Hitachi's Portfolio Solutions.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, business development, and relationship-building. They will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute a sales strategy to expand our channel and partner ecosystem in Brazil.
- Bilateralize relationships with existing and new partners to increase revenue growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and drive sales growth.
- Provide regular sales performance updates and insights to senior management.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in building and maintaining strong relationships with partners and customers.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of R$ 12,000 - 15,000 per month, depending on experience, plus additional benefits such as health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
