We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Manager to join our team in LATAM. This is an excellent opportunity for a sales professional to take on a leadership role and drive business growth.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in consumer electronics or a related field, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing effective commercial strategies.
This position offers a competitive salary of $120,000 per year, plus benefits and opportunities for career advancement.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly sales targets for Hardware, Software, Peripheral & PS Digital Business Categories
- Maximize retail space and locations, and handle administrative duties of the position
- Support the development of commercial strategies to achieve business goals
- Build and maintain relationships with Retailers to assist them in achieving business goals
- Monitor and report on Key Performance Metrics (KPIs) and provide strategic guidance for future sales and marketing planning
- Develop comprehensive retail activity and promotional calendars tailored to each retail account
- Maintain consistently healthy retail inventory levels to maximize sales opportunities
- Conduct weekly analyses of sell-thru and other market/account data and present strategic recommendations based on that analysis
Requirements:
- 6+ years experience in sales and management, preferably in consumer electronics or a related field
- Undergraduate degree in sales, marketing, or communication required, or equivalent related experience
- Strong general knowledge of merchandising, branding, sales analysis, and retail advertising
- Creative and energetic teammate who embraces change and continually desires to improve
- Resourceful in finding solutions to business problems
- Advanced English language skills
