Elevate Your Sales Career as a Channel Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Channel Development Manager to join our team in Brazil. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and market share expansion in the assigned vertical.

The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of sales experience with channels, end-users, and regions, along with a technical background in designing systems for complex integrated solutions. A strong communicator fluent in Portuguese and English is essential, with the ability to travel extensively throughout the country.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include developing and implementing business plans, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and maintaining existing business presence in the Brazilian territory. You will also be responsible for consolidating business cases, generating demand through customer visits, and managing strategic channel partners.

A robust understanding of IP/IT/Communications technology and networking expertise would be an asset, as would Spanish fluency to interact with the Latin-American team. If you have leadership skills and desire to develop your abilities, we encourage you to apply.

As a valued member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary of approximately $**R$120,000 per year**, depending on experience, plus additional benefits including language classes, transportation and food allowances, gym pass, health and dental plan, life insurance, and profit-sharing.
