Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Cloud Partnership Development Manager to join our team in Brazil. As a key member of our alliance team, you will be responsible for driving top-line revenue growth and overall end-customer adoption across all market segments.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing assigned partner accounts and leading the extended team working within their accounts in Brazil.
  • Developing joint partner business plans, setting strategies and goals, and executing against them.
  • Working with multiple sales and technical teams within both AWS and each partner to define and execute joint technology integration, marketing, and business development initiatives.
  • Serving as a key member of the AWS alliance team in helping to define and deliver our go-to-market strategy with partners.
  • Ensuring that AWS is each partner's preferred public cloud computing platform across all partner product lines.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work on delivering on our strategy to build mind share and adoption of Amazon's infrastructure web services across AWS's strategic business partners and their customers.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 10+ years of relevant work experience in partner sales/partner management in the IT industry.
  • 8+ years of experience managing partners and successfully working with internal teams to build new capabilities and implement new projects.
  • Experience in managing independent software vendors (ISVs).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience developing partnerships in the business application space or in vertical/industry applications.
  • 5+ years managing channel partners.
