About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales and Partnerships Development Manager to join our team in BuscoJobs Brasil.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with partner agents, developing sales account plans, and managing a strong partner network. Key deliverables include achieving sales targets, creating a high-value collaboration with partners, and providing high-quality product and process training to agents.

Responsibilities:

  • Development & execution of sales account plans
  • Pipeline Management – Lead Generation and Conversion
  • Work alongside product sales and marketing to understand and identify market trends and opportunities for student recruitment
  • Capable of managing a strong partner network, ensuring adherence to SLAs to improve customers' satisfaction
  • Recruit new agents and onboard them
  • Represent Study Group and our brands at exhibition and recruitment events
  • Identify partner growth opportunities and risk profile – active management
  • Provide high-quality product and process training to agents
  • Monitor competitor activity enabling greater in-market competitor awareness and analysis
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills, as well as strong organisational skills and demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and targets. A customer-service oriented and consultative approach to selling is also essential.

Requirements:

  • Preferred fluency in Spanish
  • Customer-service oriented and consultative approach to selling
  • Comfortable in high-pressure environments
  • Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational skills and demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and targets
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • B2B or Channel Sales experience preferred
  • Knowledge of international education systems
  • Experience with Salesforce.com or other Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools
