**Business Development Representative Role**:

The Business Development Representative (BDR) will play a crucial role in growing Vera's product and consulting business by proactively driving lead generation activities and sales in North America.

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of professional experience in business development, fundraising, marketing, or sales, with excellent written and verbal communication and relational skills.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Source and qualify opportunities by conducting research and outbound prospecting, receiving inbound leads, and collaborating with relevant channels.
  • Manage leads and opportunities through the sales pipeline, identifying internal resources needed to strengthen opportunities.
  • Conduct market research in both the Consulting and Product spaces.
  • Engage prospects in product demos, in-person meetings, and calls.
  • Nurture top-of-funnel leads through content and ongoing touchpoints.
  • Educate and network with key prospects and customer contacts.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • BA/BS or other undergraduate degree.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills with an ability to balance conflicting priorities effectively.
  • Able to work independently and in a dynamic team, comfortable working with teams across time zones.
  • Demonstrated adaptability; commitment to learning and growth.

**Estimated Salary:** R$10,416 per month + commission, commensurate with experience and cost of living.
