Job Description

As a B2B Account Executive at goFLUENT Group, you will be responsible for developing our Brazilian market territory by prospecting clients, identifying decision-makers, providing proposals, and closing meetings.

You will qualify and understand your prospects' business-critical issues, challenge conventional learning approaches, and lead sales conversations to articulate the business impact goFLUENT brings to an organization.

Develop compelling business cases that demonstrate ROI for goFLUENT solutions. Build consultative relationships with influencers, stakeholders, and decision-makers from your key client accounts.

Work and collaborate with our experienced Business Development, Marketing, and Customer Success Teams to successfully close high-potential deals.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales (HR services, recruitment, financial, professional services, and similar)
  • Ability to build strong relationships at all levels of prospect organizations, including senior managers and the C-suite
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
  • Team player, self-motivated to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented, collaborative environment
  • Proactive, personable, hard-working, and easily adaptable
  • Active on social media in a business context. Experience using LinkedIn
  • Relevant experience in the Training, e-Learning, HR solutions (SaaS) industry is definitely a plus
  • BA or BS required, MBA a plus
  • Native level of Portuguese is a must and advanced level of English is preferred
