Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team. As a key position for business development, this person will represent SHEIN for the sellers managed by them. The successful candidate will be responsible for improving sales and number of orders for all managed sellers they assist.

Main Responsibilities

  • Responsible for establishing and maintaining good relationships with managed sellers;
  • Provide assistance to sellers as needed to help them grow their businesses;
  • Help sellers stay up-to-date with SHEIN's growth and development strategies;
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and implement effective sales strategies.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field;
  • At least 2 years of experience in account management or sales roles;
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills;
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and online marketplaces.
