Job Description

The Business Development Representative is a vital role within SHEIN, playing a key part in driving business growth by fostering strong relationships with fashion sellers.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain effective partnerships with marketplace partners to drive sales and order volume growth.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and expansion.
  • Collaborate with category managers to execute strategies and achieve set goals.
  • Analyze sales data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Assist sellers in selecting SKUs for campaigns and promotions.

Requirements:

  • Full graduation required (new graduates welcome).
  • Sales aptitude and ambition to consistently exceed performance targets.
  • Experience in managing marketplace partners an advantage.
  • Logical and problem-solving skills, with excellent analytical and communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel essential.
  • Advanced English language skills desirable.
