About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to join our team at Genetec. This role is responsible for identifying and generating new qualified opportunities for our sales and business development teams.

What You'll Do
  1. Become proficient in using lead generation tools, such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM, to extract contacts and create targeted lists of prospects.
  2. Communicate with internal teams to register project information and allocate opportunities.
  3. Follow prospecting plans and best practices to execute engagement strategies utilizing email, phone, and social touches.
  4. Acquire knowledge to manage conversations with various levels of companies and stakeholders to understand their needs and potential solutions.
  5. Assist account executives by moving qualified leads through the sales cycle.
  6. Prioritize and manage inbound leads, providing presentations on Genetec's solutions and marketing materials.
Your Skills and Qualifications
  • Proficient in Spanish, Portuguese, and English (B2 level), with excellent communication skills.
  • Strong conversational communication skills, empathy, and listening skills.
  • Ability to excel in high-stress environments, with strong organizational skills and resilience.
  • Enthusiastic team player and self-directed learner.
  • Familiarity with different cultural environments.

Salary Information

The estimated salary for this role is $80,000 per year, based on industry standards and the location of Latin America or the Caribbean.
