Enterprise Business Development Representative

**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Enterprise Business Development Representative to join our Uber sales team. This role will provide critical support to Account Executives by generating qualified leads and achieving business goals.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop new business opportunities in assigned verticals or territories and partner with Account Executives.
- Research and develop existing accounts.
- Achieve Key Performance Metrics, including 100 outreaches per day and at least 20 Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) per month.
- Uncover prospect business challenges and identify relevant opportunities while highlighting the Uber for Business value proposition.
- Conduct high-level conversations with senior executives.
- Manage, track, and report on sales activities and results using Salesforce.
**Requirements**
- 1+ years of B2B sales experience.
- A history of consistently exceeding critical metrics and activity targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Strong organization, project management, time-management skills, and initiative.
**Salary:** $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
