Business Development Representative for LATAM Success

Zendesk, Inc. is seeking a Business Development Representative to drive new business and deliver on the strategy for the LATAM region.
About the RoleThis role will be a key team member of the sales team, responsible for managing a high volume of hot inbound leads in our CRM with the goal to qualify as many high-value and top-quality opportunities for the Account Executives as possible.

- Manage a high volume of hot inbound leads in our CRM with the goal to qualify as many high-value and top-quality opportunities for the Account Executives as possible.
- Use excellent communication skills to upsell and cross-sell before passing it onto our AEs.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of overachieving in a fast-paced dynamic environment. You will be motivated to overachieve on targets and metrics, and be the face of the brand, 100% focused on building an outstanding customer experience.
About YouWe are looking for exceptional sales talent that will play a key role in driving new business for our sales organization. You will have:
- Possion to kick-start or continue a career in consultative sales.
- Experience in Sales a bonus but not essential if you have a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
- Business experience (SaaS sales preferred / business internship), and examples of being customer-centric and curious.
This role offers a competitive salary, estimated at around $80,000 per year, depending on location. The hybrid work model allows for flexibility while still providing opportunities for connection, collaboration, and learning with the team.
