Job Summary


We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead our Global Selling into Latam Seller Experience and Provider Management initiatives. The successful candidate will drive programs to improve Cross Border Seller Experience, define high-priority improvements, and execute projects on time with high quality standards.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Lead programs to improve Cross Border Seller Experience, defining high-priority improvements to reach business goals;
  • Monitor and execute projects on time with high quality standards;
  • Effectively communicate project progress within the organization;
  • Work with internal teams to drive system, tools, and process improvements/implementation that affect purchasing and operations workflow, emphasizing automation of tasks currently performed manually;
  • Develop analysis of key business metrics, focusing on developing and executing recommendations for improvements;
  • Collaborate with Sales, Tech, and Program teams to enhance selection recommendation tools for international sellers;
  • Develop programmatic tools to drive performance increase on specific Cross Border Sales channels.

A Day in the Life:


The successful candidate will review recurring business metrics, propose improvements, and work on continuous improvement of programs, processes, and products. They will also collaborate with international sales teams to identify seller process improvements and work with external partners to simplify selection recommendation processes for sellers.

The Global Selling into Latam team is dynamic, creative, and driven by innovation and success in a fast-paced environment. To be successful in this role, you must feel comfortable navigating diverse topics such as taxes, accounting, international trade, marketing, operations, working with tech teams, and dealing with uncertainty.


Requirements:



  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent;
  • Intermediate SQL skills;
  • Advanced Excel skills;
  • Stakeholder management;
  • Program management;
  • Creative mechanism development and tracking.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS



  • Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
