We're seeking a highly skilled Sales Planning & Strategy Manager to join our Global Sales Operations team in São Paulo, Brazil. As a key member of our team, you'll play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and optimizing sales performance.

About the Role

As a Sales Planning & Strategy Manager, you'll be responsible for executing and scaling day-to-day operations processes, defining and executing sales operations foundations, and managing variable compensation models. You'll work closely with our Sales leadership team to drive efficiency and sustainability in our sales funnel.

Your Impact
  • Establish working relationships with business leaders and cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and optimization.
  • Monitor metrics and provide data-driven insights to inform sales strategy and planning.
  • Develop and implement sales operations processes to improve sales productivity and efficiency.
  • Manage sales tools and systems to foster a more structured management of our commercial activities.
  • Collaborate with our Sales leadership team to develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth and customer engagement.
