About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Planning and Strategy Manager to join our Global Sales Operations team in São Paulo, Brazil. As a key member of our Revenue Strategy and Operations team, you will play a pivotal role in driving efficiency and sustainably growing our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute and scale day-to-day operations processes, including defining OKRs, tracking performance, driving forecasting, and creating reports.
  • Define and execute the foundations of sales operations, including building territories, setting targets, optimizing book of accounts, and planning.
  • Manage variable compensation models, targets, and attainment.
Your Impact
  • Establish working relationships with business leaders and other cross-functional teams.
  • Monitor metrics and proactively bring insights to the Sales leadership team, highlighting best-performing regions and identifying drivers behind over and under-performance.
  • Develop data-driven decisions on topics including forecasting, growth/churn strategy, territory optimization, process improvement, sales incentive design, and product mix analysis.
  • Play a pivotal role in our annual strategic planning process by making recommendations in areas such as go-to-market strategy, team restructuring, and improving rep productivity.
  • Manage sales tools to foster a more structured management of Wellhub commercial activities.
  • Get your hands dirty in the data and own sales strategy and planning.
Requirements
  • Previous relevant work experience in Sales Operations and/or at a management consulting firm, investment bank, technology company, or comparable experience.
  • Fluent in English, as you will be working with international stakeholders across all regions.
  • Experience building business models and conducting sophisticated analyses.
  • Able to credibly and compellingly present and debate recommendations with senior leadership.
  • Proactive, capable of seeking information, solving conceptual problems, corralling resources, and delivering results in challenging situations.
  • A team player who works collaboratively and effectively across a diverse set of functions, backgrounds, and working styles.
  • Familiarity with SQL and/or Python will be a plus.
