Job Title: Planning Manager

Monster Beverage Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Planning Manager to join our team. As a key member of our supply chain organization, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and improving operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Demand Planning: Collaborate with internal sales and marketing teams, as well as distributor partners, to develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts. Design and implement business metrics to monitor and track sourcing project progress.
  2. Supply Chain Optimization: Liaise with different departments and outside stakeholders to identify areas for performance improvement and implement process enhancements. Coordinate supply plans to align with Company objectives, utilizing local supply chain personnel and functional leaders within our 3rd party operations.
  3. Forecast Analysis: Review and analyze forecast demand versus actual demand, understanding changes and trends. Guarantee updated demand signals are properly directed to production centers, including availability and production feasibility.
  4. Data Analysis: Compile data from different sources, analyze data, and provide insights. Analyze sales performance indicators, including forecast accuracy, sales compliance, OTIF (on-time, in-full), and fill rate. Identify trends and operational risks.
  5. Reporting and Communication: Prepare a variety of monthly S&OP reports suitable for presentation to senior management, combining demand and supply topics. Create and drive continuous improvement of world-class demand planning and S&OP processes.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field of study.
  2. More than 5 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.
  3. More than 7 years of experience in supply chain management in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry.
  4. Advanced user of Microsoft Office, proficiency in SAP, Power BI, Advanced Planning and Optimization (APO), and project management experience.
  5. Fluent in English; Spanish preferred.
