Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Planning Manager to join our team at Monster Beverage Corporation. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and ensuring the success of our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and Implement Strategic Plans: Conduct demand planning activities with internal sales and marketing teams, as well as distributor partners, to develop and maintain working relationships with global supply chain partners.
  2. Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Liaise with different departments and outside stakeholders to follow up on challenges or discrepancies within the data, identify areas for performance improvement, and coordinate supply plans to align with Company objectives.
  3. Analyze and Report Performance Metrics: Review and analyze forecast demand versus actual demand, understanding changes and trends, and guarantee updated demand signals are properly directed to production centers.
  4. Drive Continuous Improvement: Responsible for compiling data from different sources, analyzing data, and providing insights to identify trends and operational risks, and prepare a variety of monthly S&OP reports suitable for presentation to senior management.
  5. Develop and Maintain Business Metrics: Design and implement business metrics to monitor, track, and report sourcing project progress, and create and drive continuous improvement of world-class demand planning and S&OP processes.

Requirements:

  1. Education: Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field of study.
  2. Experience: More than 5 years of experience in a supervisory or management role, and more than 7 years of experience in supply chain management in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry.
  3. Skills: Advanced user of Microsoft Office, proficiency in SAP, Power BI, Advanced Planning and Optimization (APO), and project management experience.
  4. Language: Fluent in English; Spanish preferred.
