About the Role

Newell Brands is a leading global consumer goods company with a strong portfolio of well-known brands, including Rubbermaid, Sharpie, Graco, Coleman, and more. We are seeking a highly skilled Demand Planning Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Maintain Forecasts: Create and maintain accurate and unbiased rolling 24-month unit forecasts at the item level for accounts/categories using current forecasting methodologies.
  • Manage Relationships: Develop and maintain internal and external relationships, including Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams.
  • Analyze Data: Assemble and analyze demand plans by driving the monthly planning cycle utilizing market information and statistical forecasts.
  • Identify Risks and Opportunities: Proactively identify risks and opportunities to plan achievement and collaborate with internal team members to develop solutions.
  • Communicate Effectively: Anticipate potential supply chain issues, actively communicate to Sales, and develop corrective actions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree: In Business Management, Supply Chain, Operations, or related area. MBA desirable.
  • Experience: Solid experience in demand planning, with experience in matrix organization and working with varying levels of leadership.
  • Skills: Strong Relationship Management skills, with ability to communicate complex data and analytical conclusions simply and succinctly to a diverse audience.
  • Technical Skills: Excellent PC skills with an emphasis on advanced planning systems and Excel. Utilizing PBI (Power BI) to create dashboards, data visualization, and decision-making support.
  • Language: Bilingual Portuguese/English with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
