Job Title: Sales Planning Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process to ensure accurate demand forecasts and alignment with finance, supply chain, and sales teams.
  • Manage the S&OE process to handle short-term changes in supply and demand, ensuring smooth daily operations that match forecasts.
  • Design and implement sales quotas, regularly reviewing them to ensure they match market conditions and team performance.
  • Use data and analytics to support planning, track performance, and ensure accuracy in forecasts and quotas.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure strategies are aligned across the company.
  • Set performance goals and regularly review progress with sales teams to ensure targets are met.
Requirements:
  • Strong analytical skills to analyze data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions to improve forecasting and planning accuracy.
  • Experience in developing and managing sales targets and quota systems, with a track record of setting and adjusting them based on market needs.
  • Ability to address challenges in planning and execution quickly and efficiently, ensuring business goals are met.
  • Proficiency in data analysis software (Excel, Power BI).
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field.
