We are growing rapidly and are looking for a Sales Enablement Analyst to join our team in São Paulo.
This role is responsible for designing and implementing learning programs, tools, and initiatives that empower our sales team to excel. You will work closely with the sales team to identify gaps in skills, knowledge, and processes and develop solutions to address those gaps. You will also provide business information and insights to the sales team and stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Work with the commercial team to identify gaps and define action plans to increase sales productivity.
Design, develop, and implement learning tools to support the sales team.
Ensure processes are properly communicated to the sales organization.
Analyze key performance indicators and provide reports and insights to the sales team and stakeholders.
Monitor the impact of the initiatives and improve the process/programs continuously.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree.
At least 3 years of experience in a sales enablement or a related role.
Ability to lead group meetings in-person or virtually.
Experience training field sales teams.
Data-driven approach to problems and solid analytical skills.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Collaborative, team player with a strong focus on delivering results.
