The Role

We're seeking a Sales and Customer Service Enablement Specialist to join our team. This individual will leverage data to improve sales and customer experience processes, ensuring our teams are equipped to engage with prospects and customers effectively.

Our ideal candidate is a self-starter who can thrive in a fast-paced startup environment. They should have previous experience in sales and CS enablement, Hubspot, and data organization. This person will have a significant impact on our day-to-day business operations, with strong problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Set up sales, marketing, and customer service flows in Hubspot
  • Work across departments to ensure a consistent user experience
  • Listen to calls and provide feedback to sales leaders on team improvement
  • Listen to customer service calls and provide feedback for team improvement
  • Maintain and update sales playbooks
  • Work with the CEO, sales, and customer support to create innovative ideas for workflow improvement
  • Monitor sales and customer service data to ensure customer-centricity and efficiency
  • Provide operations support to sales and customer service teams
  • Provide training to teams on various tools
  • Find outbound lists for the sales team
About You:
  • Previous experience in sales enablement or a similar role, preferably in a startup environment
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with Hubspot or Salesforce required
  • Experience creating sales playbooks and training materials
  • Able to work with different stakeholders at all levels
  • Detail-oriented with a propensity to identify vulnerabilities and potential points of failure
  • Extremely reliable and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Driven and motivated to overachieve and deliver exceptional performance
  • Possesses unwavering integrity and dedication to quality results
  • Able to work with different members of the organization at all levels
  • Fluency in articulating thoughts and processes, both verbal and written, especially for training purposes
  • Customer-centric mindset
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment with high volumes of leads
  • Experience assisting a sales team of at least 10 reps
  • Comfortable voicing concerns, objective analysis, and creative ideas
  • Active listener, attentive, and possesses exceptional communication and comprehension skills
  • Fluent in English
