Job Overview

This role involves achieving and exceeding targets for Signature Success plans across bookings, attachment, upgrades, and conversions. The ideal candidate will build strong relationships with internal partners to identify strategies and opportunities to attach these plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve and exceed targets for Signature Success plans across bookings, attachment, upgrades, and conversions.
  • Collaborate with various teams, including License Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services, Marketing, Sales Operations, Pricing Deal Desk, Legal, Product Management, and Delivery, to address and resolve customer or sales issues.
  • Travel up to 20% for business purposes.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • 5-7+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or services is required.
  • Degree or equivalent relevant experience is required.
  • Demonstrated track record of self-starting, risk-taking, and influencing without authority.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with a proven track record of growing and nurturing relationships.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with English proficiency required.
  • Outstanding presentation skills, including the ability to adapt style based on the audience and present complex ideas.
