About the Role

As a Sales Enablement Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving sales performance by creating and maintaining training and development programs for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Create and maintain training and development programs to ensure teams are equipped to perform their roles efficiently.
  2. Develop training content, educational materials, and resources to support the adoption of strategies and tools, collaborating on the creation of playbooks.
  3. Ensure teams are up to date on new products, features, and market changes.
Tools and Resources Management
  1. Implement and manage enablement tools to support team performance.
  2. Evaluate and recommend the current tech stack and new tools and technologies that can enhance team performance.
Performance Analysis and Monitoring
  1. Monitor and analyze team performance in relation to training and enablement initiatives.
  2. Gather feedback and adjust training programs as necessary to meet evolving needs.
Development of Materials and Playbooks
  1. Create and maintain support documents, guides, and FAQs to help teams troubleshoot issues and effectively use the tools.
  2. Work closely with Pre-Sales, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to understand their needs and challenges.
  3. Facilitate workshops and interactive training sessions to promote integration and alignment between departments.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  1. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, Communication, or related fields.
  2. Previous experience in Sales Enablement, training development, or similar roles, preferably in technology and SaaS environments.
  3. Strong knowledge of Sales Enablement best practices and related tools.
  4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  5. Ability to analyze and interpret data to drive continuous improvement.
  6. Skilled at working collaboratively and managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  7. Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales platforms.
