About this role

Gympass is a leading corporate wellness platform connecting users to thousands of fitness and wellness partners through a single monthly membership. We're seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Global Customer Advocacy Strategist.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Developing and executing a global strategy for customer advocacy, aligned with business objectives.
  2. Identifying and gathering customer success stories that highlight the positive impact of Gympass on our customers.
  3. Overseeing the creation of multimedia content, including written articles, videos, and testimonials, to bring these stories to life.
  4. Collaborating closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless integration of business impact stories into campaigns, sales collateral, and marketing materials.
  5. Fostering relationships with HR leaders and business executives within our customer base to drive organic growth, referrals, and advocacy for Gympass.
  6. Ensuring that business impact stories align with Gympass' brand values, messaging, and communication standards.

We're looking for a candidate with a solid career track in marketing, communications, or customer advocacy experience. You should have the ability to develop and execute strategic customer advocacy plans, build strong relationships with customers and internal teams, and create high-performing assets for sales and marketing teams.
