**Job Summary**:

We are seeking a skilled Customer Retention Strategist to lead our customer retention efforts in Brasil. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to retain customers and drive growth in the region.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute customer retention strategies to improve customer loyalty and retention rates in Brasil
- Collaborate with commercial leaders and field teams to analyze market opportunities and implement effective service programs
- Identify areas for improvement and develop plans to increase customer retention and growth
- Work with program development teams and commercial teams to implement service programs and achieve desired performance
- Analyze performance indicators and work with field teams to achieve desired results
- Identify dealers with opportunities for improvement and conduct deep dives to assess program performance and provide recommendations for improvement
- Participate in commercial strategy meetings and serve as a focal point for service program-related issues in local markets
- Lead customer retention forums and external visits to drive customer retention and growth

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in aftersales automotive segment
- Proficiency in English
- Strong analytical skills and strategic mindset
- Ability to manage execution of strategy through and with others
- Good communication skills and commercial mindset
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, engineering, science, or related fields
- 3+ years of relevant business experience
