About This Job
We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Team Lead to join our team at Edrone Brasil Tecnologia Ltda. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a passionate team in driving customer success and retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a team of customer success professionals to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention
- Develop and implement strategies to drive customer adoption and usage of our product
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and support
- Continuously monitor and analyze customer health and develop targeted interventions to prevent churn
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers to understand their needs and preferences
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in customer success or a related field
- Proven track record of driving customer retention and growth
- Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex customer data and develop targeted interventions
