We are seeking a skilled Operations Supervisor to join our team in a dynamic Call Center environment. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading and motivating service teams to deliver exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate service teams to ensure excellence in customer service
• Monitor and analyze performance indicators, identifying opportunities for improvement
• Provide support and guidance to employees, promoting a collaborative and productive work environment
• Collaborate with other areas to implement integrated service strategies
• Stay up to date on leading best practices and trends in the customer service industry

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Customer Service Supervisor, preferably in a Call Center environment
• Experience with Social Media preferred for an integrated approach to customer service
• Mastery of Call Center Operational Indicators, with the ability to analyze and optimize results
• Intermediate/advanced knowledge of the Office Package is desirable
• Availability to work in person in a Call Center environment
• Advanced or fluent English
