About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Team Lead to join our Ecommerce team at Edrone Brasil Tecnologia LTDA. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction through all channels, providing clear, humanized, and objective service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service Management: Ensure high-quality customer service through all channels, including email, phone, and chat.
  • Team Leadership: Manage a team of 4-7 members in the Customer Service department, providing professional leadership and support to each team member.
  • Process Optimization: Continuously optimize departmental work, implementing new processes and regularly updating existing processes and instructions.
  • Customer Feedback: Collect feedback from customers and take actions based on it.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with other teams to ensure high-quality customer service.
  • Reporting: Report to the Team Manager on actions taken within the team and collaboration with employees.
Requirements
  • English Language Proficiency: English language proficiency at minimum B2 level (spoken and written).
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in customer care area and a passion for working with customers.
  • Skills: Proactive attitude, ability to work under time pressure, and a calm and efficient demeanor.
  • Education: Continuous development and qualification are an integral part of your life.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Ecommerce Experience: Previous experience in Ecommerce or marketing is a plus.
  • Leadership Experience: Previous experience in Customer Care area as Team Leader or Senior position is a plus.
