Job Title: Sales Team Lead

As a Sales Team Lead at TTEC, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals to achieve exceptional customer experience and sales performance. Your role will involve coaching, mentoring, and motivating your team to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction
  • Coach and mentor team members to improve sales skills and performance
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and customer satisfaction
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement

Requirements:

  • Advanced or fluent English
  • Bachelor's degree (completed)
  • Good communication, proactivity, relationship, and strong leadership skills
  • Demonstrated success in previous experiences with a proven ability to define, refine, and implement successful sales processes, procedures, and policies that drive results and the bottom line
