We're seeking a Sales Lead to join our B2C Inbound Sales department in São Paulo. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for:

  • Leading and mentoring our sales team to achieve high performance.
  • Developing and implementing training programs to enhance sales techniques and processes.
  • Fostering a collaborative and motivated team environment.
  • Analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and internal sales data to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Generating and presenting insightful reports to inform strategic decisions.
  • Maximizing sales and financial results through pricing and portfolio analysis.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 2-3 years of leadership experience in a sales role (real estate experience not required).
  • Proven ability to train and develop sales teams.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to build and document processes.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
  • MBA/Postgraduate degree considered a differentiator.
