Transformative Sales Development Leader

FICO is seeking a visionary Sales Development Team Lead to drive growth and efficiency in our Sales Development function. As a key member of our team, you will lead a team of talented Sales Development Representatives in identifying, uncovering, and qualifying high-converting sales conversations for large enterprise accounts in Latin America.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Development Representatives to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Design and implement new processes to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the Sales Development function.
  • Develop and implement a repeatable Sales Development playbook in alignment with the overall sales strategy and marketing plan.
  • Develop and execute monthly and quarterly operational plans to drive the team to meet quotas.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop strategies that increase overall pipeline and sales productivity across key customer accounts.
  • Provide daily coaching and support to drive high-quality activity and prospect identification through incentivized campaigns, one-on-ones, and regular training sessions.
  • Ensure accurate reporting and tracking of activities to leadership.
  • Recruit, interview, and make final decisions on hiring candidates for the Sales Development program.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience leading teams in the enterprise B2B software industry.
  • Strong understanding of the role of Sales Development in driving business growth and efficiency.
  • Expertise in leading and driving innovations that drive growth and efficiency.
  • Familiarity with tools and technologies such as Salesforce, Drift, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Pardot, and Microsoft.
  • Strong ability to develop relationships quickly over the phone, through email, and social channels.
  • Fluent in Portuguese, English, and Spanish.
  • Strong leadership abilities including the ability to inspire colleagues.
  • Detailed, motivated self-starter who thrives in a complex and challenging environment of a rapidly evolving business.
