The Customer Success team at Salesforce, Inc. is seeking a skilled Customer Success Manager to partner with a small number of assigned accounts. Your primary focus will be on maintaining a continual focus on the customer's business goals to improve their overall technical and operational health and realize the maximum value out of their Salesforce investment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with assigned accounts to understand their business goals and objectives.
  • Maintain a continual focus on the customer's technical and operational health.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in customer-facing roles.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce products and services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
