About the Role

AppsFlyer Ltd. is seeking a seasoned Customer Success Manager to join our Growth team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for onboarding, training, and problem-solving at scale with a large book of customers spanning the LATAM & EMEA regions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage mid-market clients' accounts on all levels, ensuring their success in achieving their goals.
  • Work on process optimization and lead projects internally and externally to benefit the team's success.
  • Provide critical feedback to Product and R&D teams.
  • Onboard clients and provide ongoing product training in a 1:many approach, such as webinars, to encourage product adoption.
  • Identify and lead upsell opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Operations and L&D teams to optimize processes for the internal team.
  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Partners teams to drive AppsFlyer's expansion in the region.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience as a Customer Success Manager or similar position in SAAS companies.
  • Experience working with Enterprise clients or in a scaled capacity (1:many).
  • Digital marketing experience.
  • Technical and analytical experience.
  • Advanced proficiency in verbal and written English.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and/or conferences.
Bonus Points
  • Product management experience or familiarity.
  • Technical background in SDKs, APIs, SQL, and working with Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs).
