Job Title: Growth Customer Success Manager

At AppsFlyer, we're looking for a skilled Growth Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a key member of our customer success organization, you will be responsible for managing mid-market clients' accounts and helping them achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage client relationships and provide strategic guidance to ensure successful adoption and growth of our platform.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to identify and capitalize on upsell opportunities.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to optimize client onboarding and ongoing support.
  • Collaborate with operations and learning and development teams to enhance internal processes and ensure seamless client experiences.
  • Travel to client meetings and conferences to build relationships and drive business growth.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in customer success or a similar role in a SaaS company.
  • Proven track record of managing enterprise clients or in a scaled capacity.
  • Digital marketing experience and technical skills, including proficiency in verbal and written English.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and willingness to travel.

  • Product management experience or familiarity with SDKs, APIs, and mobile measurement partners.
