Job Title: Customer Success Manager

At PayPal, we're seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strategic relationships with key leaders in merchant organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute customized plans to drive merchant growth and retention
  • Proactively identify and address servicing roadblocks, ensuring seamless payment experiences for merchants
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute servicing needs and drive merchant satisfaction
  • Act as a trusted advisor and proactive partner to merchants, providing expert guidance on payment solutions and strategies

Requirements:

  • Minimum 7 years of customer success or account servicing experience with complex, enterprise solutions to Fortune 1000 companies
  • Proven track record of over-achievement and successful management of multiple customers
  • Expertise in servicing across all products, with a deep understanding of the PayPal product portfolio
  • Ability to set clear definitions and provide evidence of account success
