We offer services related to citizenship, residence visas, investor advisory, international contracts, and intellectual property abroad.

Job Summary

As the Head of Customer Success, you will lead our customer success efforts and play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients' satisfaction and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Engagement: Manage and lead the team in actively prospecting for new clients, overseeing client onboarding and engagement strategies.
  • Communication: Analyze and address client needs and requirements, serving as a point of contact for clients and the company.
  • Project Leadership: Lead and support the team in managing projects related to the acquisition of new client channels.
  • Strategic Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent and exceptional client experiences and contribute to the development and implementation of client engagement and retention strategies.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a customer success or related role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Portuguese.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A passion for exceptional customer service and client satisfaction.
