Customer Success Manager

The Customer Success Manager plays a critical role in ensuring our customers achieve their business objectives by providing strategic guidance, support, and advocacy. This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute customer success plans to drive business outcomes and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer needs and pain points.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to customers to ensure successful adoption and utilization of Genesys solutions.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with customers to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through strategic account planning and relationship-building.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in a technology-related field, preferably in customer success or account management.
  • Strong technical knowledge of Genesys solutions and contact center technology.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Leadership profile with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and business outcomes.
