Job Title: Inside Service Sales Representative
Job Summary:
Mitel is seeking a highly skilled Inside Service Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for retaining and growing our service business by managing existing customer and partner accounts in their designated region.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the renewal process and ensure timely closure of renewals.
- Meet or exceed renewals and retention targets.
- Work closely with Sales Representatives and Customer Lifecycle Managers to develop effective renewal strategies and plans.
- Create compelling partner demonstrations and presentations, quotes/proposals, and year-end reviews as necessary.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of Mitel products and services and stay informed of product line and trends that may impact client business activities.
- Manage opportunities in Salesforce from start to finish.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of experience in customer service, sales, or sales support
- English language skills (B2 or higher)
- Willingness to work on shifts
- Strong collaboration and relational skills
- Effective communicator and strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Must be detail-oriented, organized, ethical, responsible, and self-motivated
