About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Belvo. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for managing client questions regarding implementation, use of Belvo's products, and providing expert-level support to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Quantify an issue's scope and severity.
- Implement changes to reduce ticket volumes.
- Work as part of the Customer Engineering team throughout the client's lifetime.
- Author and maintain customer-facing knowledge base articles.
- Collaborate with technical writers and the Product team.
Requirements:
- At least 1-2 years of experience in customer support of a technical product.
- Organized and data-driven.
- Empathy is a core value.
- Client-first attitude.
- Process-driven.
- Adaptable and enjoy fast-paced environments.
- Excellent communication skills, with a native level of Portuguese and a good level of English.
