About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Belvo. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for managing client questions regarding implementation, use of Belvo's products, and providing expert-level support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Quantify an issue's scope and severity.
  • Implement changes to reduce ticket volumes.
  • Work as part of the Customer Engineering team throughout the client's lifetime.
  • Author and maintain customer-facing knowledge base articles.
  • Collaborate with technical writers and the Product team.

Requirements:

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in customer support of a technical product.
  • Organized and data-driven.
  • Empathy is a core value.
  • Client-first attitude.
  • Process-driven.
  • Adaptable and enjoy fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a native level of Portuguese and a good level of English.
