At Edrone Brasil Tecnologia Ltda., we're looking for a talented Customer Success Specialist to join our team. As a key figure in our customers' success, you'll work closely with them to understand their needs and develop strategies to help them achieve their goals.

We're an AI-based e-CRM dedicated to e-Commerce companies, providing comprehensive support for their operations and customer relationships. Our goal is to help companies like yours succeed in the ever-changing e-Commerce landscape.

**Your Typical Day**:

Establishing long-term relationships with customers and taking care of them at different stages of their cooperation
Improving customer satisfaction through professional advice, training, and inspiration
Needs analysis and co-creation of customer retention strategies
Collecting feedback and relaying it to relevant departments
Preparing inspirational materials with the Customer Care department
Conducting trainings and webinars
Reselling products and services

**Requirements**:

Experience working with customers and building relationships
Ability to work under time pressure while remaining calm and efficient
English speaker, as an international company
Willingness to take ownership and responsibility for your actions
Continuous development and qualification are an integral part of your life

**What We Appreciate**:

Previous experience in e-Commerce or marketing
Experience with B2B customers
Experience creating customer success and managing customer accounts
Experience conducting trainings and webinars
