As a Customer Support and Success Specialist, you will play a critical role in the company's current and future success by analyzing and enabling customers to efficiently use the SAP LeanIX product suite.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years of relevant work experience in problem analysis case resolution, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a strong understanding of Enterprise Architecture methodology and EA related platforms.

This role is an excellent pathway into the Customer Success Engineer position, offering opportunities to learn about SAP LeanIX, its products, and the Customer Success organization. The successful candidate will have the chance to build strong relationships with customers, understand their needs, and educate them on product functionality.

In this dynamic, international team, you will join a connected remote setup with great passion and the common goal to improve the customer experience. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing initial response, operational assistance, and development of software workarounds and/or resolutions
