At GSB Solutions, we're looking for a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to take on a key role in providing technical support services to our clients. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and updating process documentation, assigning and tracking technical support services, and ensuring timely closure of cases.
The ideal candidate will have at least six months of experience in IT or customer care service, with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities. They will also be a team player with strong organizational skills, time management capabilities, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Responsibilities- Create and update process documentation to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Assign and track technical support services using our ticket management system.
- Request notifications from engineers when issues arise during service delivery.
- Record services performed in our database or ticket management systems.
- Verifiable experience in IT or customer care service (at least six months).
- Team player with excellent communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development in a dynamic environment.
