Job Description
  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support for computers and peripherals.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
  • Assist employees with technical inquiries.
  • Configure and set up equipment for new employees.
  • Coordinate the deployment of hardware and software.
  • Create and maintain documentation for tracking and organization.
  • Assist in the creation of administrative documents.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office space.
  • Ensure proper functioning of office equipment.
  • Act as a creative problem solver in various situations.
  • Address issues promptly and find effective solutions.
Requirements
  • Necessary Skills and Qualifications:
  • Intermediate English level for conversation.
  • Proficiency in providing on-site and remote IT technical support.
  • Experience with Windows, MacOS, and Linux systems.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Excellent organizational abilities.
  • Enthusiasm and passion for technology.
  • Experience with office maintenance and repairs.
  • Basic handyman and electrical skills for office maintenance.

Salary Range

R$ 6,500 - R$ 9,000 per month (dependent on experience) plus benefits package including health insurance, meal vouchers, and transportation assistance.
